Help Us Share the Invitation
At Our Lady of the Assumption, we believe that one personal invitation can change a life.
For our upcoming You’re Invited Sunday, we are asking every parishioner to prayerfully consider inviting a family member, friend, neighbor, coworker, or someone who may be looking for a church home.
To help make that invitation easier, we have created a special invitation card (shown below).

Ways to Share the Invitation
📄 Printed Invitations
Printed invitation cards were distributed at Mass this weekend. Feel free to hand one to someone personally and invite them to join you.
📱 Share on Facebook
- Click on the invitation image.
- Click the Share button.
- Select Share to Feed or Send in Messenger.
- Add a personal message and post.
Example:
“I’d love for you to join me at Mass this weekend. Our parish is having a special You’re Invited Sunday, and I would be honored to sit with you.”
📸 Share on Instagram
- Save the invitation image to your phone.
- Create a new Instagram post or story.
- Upload the invitation image.
- Add a personal invitation in the caption or story text.
Example:
“My parish means a lot to me, and I’d love to share it with others. If you’re looking for a church home, I’d love to have you join me this weekend.”
✉️ Send by Email
Attach the invitation image to an email and include a personal note.
Example:
Hi ______,
I thought of you when I saw this invitation. Our parish is having a special You’re Invited Sunday, and I would love for you to join me at Mass. I would be honored to sit with you and introduce you to some wonderful people.
I hope you’ll consider coming.

Simply send the invitation image with a brief note.
